RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Any defect or product failure with any Swiss Product will be repaired or replaced and all to and from shipping costs will be absorbed by Swiss Products.
You must contact Swiss Products by email ( email@example.com ) before sending any defective or damaged product back to us.
Our 5 year product warrantee extends to the original owner. Retain your sales slip. User damaged parts will be repaired at cost and shipped back to the owner at our cost. Any defect during shipping must be reported to USPS and Swiss Products immediately.
